The most important in French is pronounciation, which differs a lot from the Japanese language.
What I will focus on is conversational French, German or English, so you will be able to easily understand and be able to speak basic sentences within a couple of days.

My method is based on real life situations instead of going blindly through textbooks, so be ready to talk a lot :)
