Coming to Japan was a dream come true. I have always been fascinated by the culture and fell in love with the incredible cuisine. When the opportunity arose to pursue my PhD in economics here, I didn't hesitate. As a native French speaker, I naturally started helping Japanese friends and classmates with their French studies, and this unexpectedly became one of the most rewarding parts of my experience. Witnessing their 'aha' moments and growing confidence ignited a new passion in me. Teaching French allows me to combine my passion for languages, education, and cultural exchange in a rewarding way.

I adapt my lessons to the learner's goals (e.g., conversation, DELF preparation, business French), ensuring a balance between speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I also integrate Japanese-language explanations when necessary to support beginners and boost confidence.

I rely on textbooks such as Le Nouveau Taxi!, Alter Ego+, and Édito. To reinforce grammar, I incorporate exercises from the Grammaire Progressive du Français series. Additionally, I enrich my lessons with authentic materials like news articles, podcasts (from RFI or TV5Monde), songs and film excerpts to provide real-world context.
